Night Shift Production Supervisor - Food Ingredients

Responsible for supervision of personnel and plant assets in order to manufacture products in a safe, efficient and timely manner.

Shall:

***  Lead production staff.

***    Monitor overtime and use of equipment and materials.

***  Liaison with Quality Control.

***  Ensure proper sampling of batches.

***  Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices.

***  Maintain good housekeeping

***  Comply with safety and environmental laws and regulations

***  Train new hires.
