Third Shift Production Leader

Supervise and develop direct reports as well as manage programs and process related to the safe manufacturing and shipment of food additives.

Shall:

***  Schedule and direct staff operating and maintaining food processing equipment.

***  Evaluates process improvement sheets and model reports daily for accuracy and changes in trends, and act on any adverse trends or lack of accuracy.

***  Identify bottlenecks and resolve.

***  Train employees to perform their jobs safely.
