Seeking 4 + years food processing production line supervision experience with BS in engineering, chemistry, food science or similar technical degree.
Shall:
*** Manage production staff in an effective and efficient manner.
*** Train personnel.
*** Analyze and resolveproblems and assists workers in solving problems.
*** Coordinate activities of individual departments.
*** Observe standard operational and working practices and ensure compliance with standards.
*** Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications.
*** Directs setup and adjustment of machines.
*** Enforce safety regulations.
*** Interpret specifications and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
*** Maintain time and production records.
*** Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
*** Conduct employee performance evaluations.
