Shall be responsible for the direction of 45 - 60 production employees in the Plant, coordination, and evaluation of employees handling supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws

Job includes training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
