Sales System Specialist-Eastern Zone Midwest

This position will cover northern OH / southern MI / eastern IN.
The Sales System Specialist coordinates all activities for the current route and distributor systems including all equipment, installation, system support, training/orientation and interfacing with all levels of management.  This individual is responsible for all handheld equipment as well as the hardware and software issued to all Midwest Sales Management.  The Sales Systems Specialist will work in tandem with the other Sales System Specialist in the Market Area as well as the larger Field Support Team. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
--Second-level support and analysis covering the areas of Depots, Distribution Centers, Bakeries and other locations in the field
--Installation, configuring and support of Sales handheld system for all routes in the eastern zone of the Midwest Market Area
--Supporting the sales departments to maintain computers and peripherals
--Supporting sales management and administration with current and future software applications and hardware
--Working with users to identify business and potential system solutions
--Managing systems implementation processes, working with Corporate and other business units
--Performing network administration duties for Networks including file servers and a significant number of users
--Troubleshooting PC software and hardware problems, when necessary
Position Requirements
--Bachelors degree preferred
--Knowledge of the baking and route distribution system
--Fully proficient in complete MSOffice package and XP workstation
--Strong Network operating skills
--Efficient written and verbal communications skills
--Technical competencies
--5 years experience working with computer systems and/or route distribution systems
--Flexibility to be on call during operational emergencies
--Ability to travel extensively
