Title: Retail Food Services Manager - Baltimore/Washington D.C. area Location: MD-Annapolis As a Retail Foodservice Manager you will plan, direct and coordinate all front of the house food service activities in order to deliver a finished product to customers within a hospital. You will be responsible for the marketing, merchandising, cash handling, and implementing new programs and specials while driving sales volume. You will also be responsible for management and coordination of catering events. You will directly supervise approximately 15 or more employees with responsibility for hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increases. If you have an eye for detail, this is the position for you. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree (and/or requisite industry & management experience) and 2 years of foodservice supervisory experience. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role. Healthcare experience is a plus. .Experience with marketing and merchandising food is required.
