Job Description Systems Integration Consultingprofessionals are responsible for delivering large-scale, complex programs that marry processes with technology to help our clients achieve high performance. Oracleprofessionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. They maintain skills in Oracle applications process design and configuration; Oracle application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and Oracle application technical architecture. Oracle Energy/Utilitiesprofessionals design, implement and deploy Oracle energy and utilities solutions to support key business processes. Key responsibilities may include: * Supervising process and functional design activities * Creating functional requirements as an input to application design * Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes * Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities * Planning and executing data conversion activities (e.g., test data) * Driving test planning and execution * Ability to travel 100% to meet the client needs Basic Qualifications: * Two years of Systems implementation or development experience with Oracle's Customer Care & Billing solution in an Energy or Utilities environment * Bachelor's Required Preferred Skills: * Experience with customer information-service connection, meter reads, rating, billing, payment processing, collections, field service, and meter management. * Experience with Oracle CC&B and/or SPL's CorDaptix(TM) solution Professional Skill Requirements: * Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment * Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment * Desire to work in an information systems environment * Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills All of our consulting professionals receive comprehensive training covering business acumen, technical and professional skills development.
