This position can be based in any of our East Coast offices including MA, CT, NY, NJ, PA, MD or NC) Requirements Duties will include developing and modifying the current subcontractor stewardship process. Ensure consistency across the Country in stewardship performance for one specific Global client account. 1. Develop a process and implementation strategy for the Account. 2. Administration of the subcontractor approval process ensuring paperwork/performance meets expectations 3. Evaluation of current subcontractor performance and consolidation recommendations 4. Evaluation of new subcontractor requests 5. Work with and mentor local project manager stewards for new subcontractor orientation processes 6. Participate in periodic scorecards, management meetings and assist with field audits according to the risk associated with the tasks performed by the subcontractor. Duties will also include: execution of services for clients related to health, safety and industrial hygiene and; working with management to maintain our excellent safety record and reputation; Program auditing/updating in accordance with OSHA requirements; OSHA record keeping; Site Specific H&S plan development Will be responsible to update, track and maintain a highly visible report deliverable & tracking system for a large client safety program. Will support multiple project managers in regards to the client safety program, helping ensure tasks related to program are complete and verified. Attributes/skills required/sought: . Confident with strong communication skills . High level of attention to details . Demonstrate creativity and "out of the box" thinking to improve processes . Ability to manage multiple tasks . Capable of making decisions within guidelines . Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Access) Education Preferred candidates will have 2-5 year of field experience and a BS degree in Safety Science, Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering or Industrial Hygiene, and have a strong working knowledge of OSHA and State regulations. Experience in the Environmental Consulting arena is preferred.
