People within the Client Operations-Application Outsourcing (AO) workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Position Description and Responsibilities:  * Support Preliminary Design Reviews and Critical Design Reviews * Deployed product/solution in support of a DoD contract in capacity of system engineer or technical architect. * Contribute to all aspects of the requirement definition and execution of activities for full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of the project. * Create design specifications and configure application software * Participate in and contribute to AS-IS and To Be process design and build process diagrams. * Work with other leads (Development, Functional, Technical, Interface/Conversion) to ensure an integrated product and to confirm and requirements. * Ensure the finished product meets the design objectives and any other appropriate criteria associated with the system requirements and Statement of Work. Travel: * No Travel. Must be willing to commute daily to Ft. Meade, Maryland vicinity Basic Qualifications: *  Eligible to obtain a TS/SCI w/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance *  3 years of professional business experience within DoDAF Architectural Products and/or DOD-5000 processes  *

1 year experience in delivery of DoDAF Architectural products *

1 year experience in delivery of DOD-5000 acquisition deliverables and supporting Acquisition Milestones *  Bachelor's Degree preferably in Technology, Accounting or Finance Preferred Skills: *  Familiarity with DOD-5000 processes * Accounting/Financial Experience working within or supporting DoD or Federal Intel Agency *  DAWAII III certified *  ACAT3 program experience *  Supporting DoDAF and DoD-5000 for COTS solutions *  Familiarity with Information Assurance/NISCAP Certification processes Professional Skills: * Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.  * Strong analytical skills * Strong presentation development and writing skills (e.g. proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word) * Ability to organize and execute assigned tasks with moderate supervision Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
