This position will report to the Vice President and General Manager of the Holbrook facility. Responsibilities include: * Recruiting, interviewing and selecting candidates to fill openings. * Overseeing and administering the Performance Management Process. * Assuring implementation/administration of compensation and benefits programs. * Administering personnel policies and practices. * Managing/conducting employee training and orientation programs. * Acting as internal consultant for coaching managers and employees. * Overseeing compliance with employment laws and EEOC regulations. * Developing and maintaining ongoing relationships with universities, local HR organizations etc. * Interfacing on a regular basis with Corporate Human Resources.  Job Requirements : Job Requirements include: * Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of 7 years experience including 2 or more years of Human Resources Management experience. * PHR or SPHR certification a plus. * Prior experience as a Generalist in a hands on environment. * A proven track record in demonstrating effective HR consulting ability in both strategic and day to day activities. * Solid understanding of Human Resources functional areas and practices including employee relations, compensation, recruiting, EEO and benefits. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to interface effectively with all levels of management and a diverse employee population. * Must be self motivated and possess the flexibility to work in an ever changing environment. * Being a strong team player is a must.
