Canon Business Solutions IT Facilitators work with sales and operation to recommend, plan, and execute technological solutions to meet various client needs. You would also be responsible for the successful implementation, training, integration of network connected devices at customer sites. Responsibilities: As an IT Facilitator you will assist in project management: developing, executing, coordinating, and delegating projects. You will also be responsible for workflow and quality assurance by communicating with project leaders, account representatives and operations managers. You will have direct interaction with customers, therefore Customer Service skills are very important, so you will need to understand and respond to customers needs and requests in a timely manner. Qualifications: Your qualifications must include a bachelors degree or equivalent business experience, Network+, A+, or MCSA is preferred, must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, 1-2 years of experieince in computer networking or system administration. Other skills inlcude experience with TCP/IP networks, hubs, swithces, firewalls, MS Office, experience uprading PC Harware, and have the ability to travel when necessary.
