Position Description
George Weston Bakeries is now part of Bimbo Bakeries USA.  We are a 4 billion dollar fresh baked goods company with such brands as Arnold, Thomas, Entenmanns, Tia Rosa, Bimbo, Freihofers, Stroehmann, Marinela, Boboli, Mrs. Bairds and more. Currently we are seeking a
full-time mechanic will be assigned to a specific shift.  Person will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs on bakery production machinery.  Duties may include maintenance of building and support equipment.  Employee must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
Position Requirements
Electrical knowledge is a must
Must possess own tools
HS Diploma/GED required
Ability to lift 50-80 lbs.
Must be able to read and follow written procedures
Ability to work off ground level with proper safety equipment
Ability to wrok in an un-airconditioned environment
Ability to work in a Team oriented environment
Ability to learn new skills.
