We are an industry leader providing insurance solutions through complex policies referred to as "financial products", which include claims-made D&O, E&O and EPL policies. We seek candidates for the position ofClaims Analystwho can manage and document claims files in the following areas:  * Liability and damage issue analysis concentrating on cases of limited complexity and coverage issues. * Overlay of coverage to liability and damage analysis including evaluation of the overall exposure of the policy and development of reserve rationale. * Proactive development and implementation of an effective claim strategy including working with all stakeholders including defense counsel, insureds and co-defendants to create and implement overall handling strategy to promote an effective resolution. * Analyzes insurance policies based upon policy terms and claims facts to identify coverage issues. This position focuses upon the delivery of premier claims service, thorough investigations, effective coverage analysis, complete loss assessment and proactive case management. WHAT ELSE CAN YOU TELL ME? This position is located in New York City (Midtown). WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Qualified Candidates should meet all of the following requirements: 1)  Undergraduate degree. 2)  A minimum of 2-3 years of insurance claims experience, preferably in the area of handling professional liability claims. 3)  Some Knowledge of Employment Practices Liability (EPL) issues; 4)  Paralegal background with litigation and/or employment law is highly desirable 5)  Knowledge of Errors & Omissions (E&O) and /or Directors & Officers (D&O) insurance coverage issues a plus 6)  Self-starter with ability to work independently 7)  Ability to manage a high volume of cases with a proven skills at prioritization and multi-tasking Our Core Values: Integrity .
