Requisition Number 09-1293 Date Posted 09/28/2009 Title HRIS Analyst City Buffalo Description 1. Assist with the day-to-day administration of HR technology. Work with vendors to achieve enhanced/streamlined processes. 2. Collect data and conduct analysis for a variety of company metrics. Ensure accuracy of data for both ad hoc requests and scheduled reports. 3. Answer internal and external customer questions regarding systems, process and HR philosophy. 5. Compile and submit compliance reports required by law. 6. Assist with other human resources functions when needed 7. Work on special projects when assigned Requirements 1. Demonstrates and abides by First Niagaras Values and The First Niagara Way 2. Ability to multi-task 3. Ability to work quickly while maintaining high attention to detail 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 5. Must demonstrate reliability, discretion and trustworthiness to maintain customer confidentiality. Upholds high levels of personal integrity 6. Strong analytic and computer skills 7. Superior customer service skills 8. Intermediate-level working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Research and Internet-based applications required. Proven capability in learning new systems quickly and effectively. Experience with ADP a plus 9. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, business administration, or other related field 10. Two years HR working experience. HR project management experience preferred. 11. Previous experience administering HR systems, including HRIS, required. Analyst level experience is preferred. Experience using ADP Enterprise/ADP Reporter is also a plus. Employee Type Full Time
