Description: Job Title: Sales Audit Trainer Department: Sales Operations Reports To: Assistant Manager, Sales Operations

Position Summary: Be a resource for addressing questions and conducting training of Field Auditors and Secret Shoppers. Also gathers reports from auditors and shoppers to prepare them for management. Also check sites to ensure tables are set up in areas that do not violate any HIPPA rules. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Travel to HF sites Shoppers and Auditors have scheduled for the day to observe their performance and provide feedback and training. Travel to sites with Field Auditors to observe check auditing paperwork and provide training. Provide support for any tough situations that may arise in the field. Having patience is essential for this position. 2. Training and assist Field Auditors and Shoppers with weekly reporting. This includes checking for errors, missing information and overall accuracy. Gather reports and merge them to present to management. Knowing intermediate functions of MS Word and Excel is required. Copying and pasting separate documents into one large document is the main function of this responsibility. 3. Conduct off site monthly training with shoppers. At the meeting create a platform for shoppers to share best practices and techniques with disguises. Explain and demonstrate new rules and regulations through role playing, . Assist management with creating exercises for team building activities with Field Auditors. 4. E-mail daily schedule of shoppers and auditors you plan to observe in the order you plan to travel to management. E-mail detailed end of day report with description of shoppers disguises, and name of Field Auditor and detail of any unusual incident that occurred. 5. Maintain file cabinet with folders of weekly paperwork for shoppers and Auditors. Cabinet must be organized by month, week of, and date. Other Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Collect time sheets and expenses weekly and make sure they are filled out correctly for each temp. 2. Create and research new training ideas and disguise ideas. Requirements: Knowledge and Skills Required: Supervision Necessary: Work performed under close supervision with regular checking and review by supervisor; or duties are so routine that they require only simple, standard instructions without regular, on-site supervision. Supervisor is close by to answer questions or handle problems. Independent Action: Work is closely monitored by supervisor/manager. Detailed instructions and procedures are generally provided. External contacts/"Customer" Service: Does not require direct contact with external customers/contacts. Internal Contacts: Contact outside own department/group to exchange routine, work-related information. Decision Making: Little or no impact of decisions beyond own job or specific functional area. Problem Solving: Select the best solution(s) from several alternatives that already exist. Independent Judgment: Duties are varied in nature, requiring occasional independent action and judgment. In solving commonly encountered problem. Unusual cases or questionable matters are referred to this jobs immediate supervisor. Complexity of Tasks: Tasks are clearly defined and for the most part repetitive on a day-to-day basis. Budget Responsibility: Has no budget responsibility Education Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2-4 years related experience. Technical Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Written and Oral Communication: Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional area and interact with others across Healthfirst and/or externally. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk; sit; travel and stand. The employee is frequently required to key. The employee is occasionally required to drive. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Work Environment: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee regularly works in an indoor environment; ; and the hot weather.
