Military CI Collections (MCC) Course Instructor Category: 150 - Principal MTS Description: Military Counterintelligence Collections Course Instructor (MCC) Harding Security Associates was established in March 2003 to provide Strategic Security Solutions to U.S. Government agencies in the Intelligence and Defense communities. Today HSA comprises a professional staff with substantial experience in personnel/document/physical security, homeland security, counterintelligence, human intelligence, measurement and signature intelligence, biometrics, research and technology protection, critical infrastructure protection and force protection. Our support includes security specialists, intelligence analysts, counterintelligence professionals, forensic professionals and senior program advisors. Job Description We are actively seeking qualified and seasoned Military Counterintelligence Professionals to provide instruction to the Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA) in support of the Counterintelligence Force Protection Source Operations Course. Our Instructors will be instrumental in familiarizing students with the operational cycle, tradecraft, operational and intelligence reporting, as well as operational security regarding the intelligence collection threat posed by terrorists groups and foreign intelligence and security services. Our highly regarded Team of Instructors perform a vital role in support of the Counterintelligence Community, training DoD personnel (special agents) in the fundamentals of planning and conducting Source Operations, hence we are responsible for preparing students to detect hostile pre-operational activities, and plan/execute proactive force protection measures designed to protect. As such, in this highly visible role, we are responsible for Course Development, curriculum development, student evaluations and course critiques. Requirements: This position requires a Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for SCI Access, an MCC background including proven source administration, intelligence and operational analysis, CI mission and functions, intelligence contingency funds and oversight skills, as well as graduation from an accredited CI Special Agent course and the MCC Course (formerly referred to as the CI Force Protection Source Operations Course) or an advanced source operations course presented by JCITA, the Army or the USMC. Our Instructors tend to have a minimum of two tours in Iraq or Afghanistan conducting MCC (CFSO) activities or low-level tactical source operations. Additionally, our ideal candidates should also have the following in their backgrounds: Certification in Counterintelligence Force Protection Source Operations (CFSO) with field experience, and prior graduates of the JCITA Counterintelligence Source Operations Course or Military Source Operations (MSO) will indeed be considered for this position. Our Instructors provide ancillary requirements of: mission planning, source administration, intelligence and operational analysis, CI missions and functions, liaison, intelligence funds, and oversight, as a result knowledge of fundamentals of CI, Force Protection, and military CI operations are mandatory.
