What are the job responsibilities? .Sales in $20-$150M bundled defined contribution space. .Develop and execute strategies to build mid market lead pipeline, proposal strategies and finals presentations to close opportunities. .Wholesale and develop mid market skills of Regional Sales Vice Presidents and Inside Wholesalers in cooperation with Senior Sales Management .Work with product management and RFP team to develop service solutions for plan sponsor and advisor/consultant community. .Work with consultant relations and business development group to build awareness of INGs mid market presence in independent and national wire-house firms. Who is our ideal candidate? .Has good understanding of mid market defined contribution industry, consultants and recordkeeping platforms. .Industry designation (QPA, CEBs etc) and BA/BS preferred. .Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently with others. .Demonstrated solid presentation, project management and written communication skills. .6-8 years minimum of defined contribution sales experience. .Able to travel frequently. .Interested and has potential to relocate.
