LIMS Validation Support

PROJECT DESCRIPTION*
This SOW covers the costs associated with providing a resource to participate in Validation processes and activities supporting the OASIS project in the IS Department in North America, and to provide dedicated support for the Validation Team, including:

·        Development of test scripts and validation test execution for sanofi pasteur’s global implementation of Labware LIMS.

·        Provide validation support to the project team.  This work would be under the supervision of sanofi pasteur personnel.


TIMEFRAME*
The Contractor is required for six months (Oct 2009 – April 2010,  40 hrs/ week).


DELIVERABLES
In addition to the project-specific deliverables described in the Scope of Work, the following deliverables may be required from the contractor for each project worked on:



System Documentation:



SW Project Methodology

§  The contractor will need to provide input to or author documents according to the sanofi pasteur SW project methodology. 



SW Validation

§  The contractor will support IS project teams with defining validation strategy and review / development of validation deliverables as per IS validation policy.



Testing

§  The contractor may participate in testing of the changes to the system by reviewing pre and post execution test scripts with the help of the IS or business users.  These test scripts will trace back to each individual requirement in the requirements document.  These test scripts will be developed in IS eDoc and reviewed and approved through the IS eDoc document workflow process.
