Our DE Mortgage Loan Underwriter position is currently available in our corporate office in Glen Mills, PA. This opportunity offers a great work environment with an onsite fitness center and cafeteria plus a competitive compensation package.
Duties Include:
· Underwrite loans by reviewing all incoming documents and issue final approvals.
· Review necessary pre-closing items and conditions.
· Manage the product development function.
· Maintain integrity of underwriting guidelines for all loan products.
· Provide guidance, training, and assistance to lower-level office personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
· Must have a DE Designation.
· Ten (10) years experience in Mortgage Lending Operations including Processing, Underwriting, and Closing.
· Detailed working knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae guidelines.
· Working knowledge of mortgage statutes (i.e. TILA, RESPA, ECOA, etc.).
