Java Senior Developer

Company: Large National Customer Service Provider

Primary Role:  Using company standards & industry standard methodologies & tools, will be responsible for information system design, analysis, programming, testing & documentation. 

Description:  Will collaborate with Team Lead on design & code reviews & obtain approval to proceed with development.

Support company application architecture, design, construction, documentation & testing standards including packaged application software supported by IT.

Delivers technical requirements & technical design that supports business needs.
Provide extensive application support in alignment with organizational role.

Delivers documentation according to defined standards.

Lead application development projects/enhancements involving 1-4 developers, including  scheduling & execution of tasks while ensuring delivery on schedule. This requires completing ones tasks & leading others. 

Experience: 5 to 8 years experience systems analysis/design and programming knowledge in an enterprise systems environment.  Advanced technical knowledge of systems analysis & design.  Whole SDLC experience.

7 years experience of Java programming, JBoss, Websphere, Weblogic Application Server experience. 7 years of XML, 3 years of Spring Framework, 3 years of Hibernate.  JSP, J2EE, Web Services, SOA, MS Sharepoint 2.0 or higher, HTML, DHTML.

Ability to communicate with technical & non-technical people providing guidance & logic to development cycle.

Education: BS in Computer Science is preferred or equivalent experience is ok.

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ area

Salary: $95K plus 10% bonus plus excellent benefits
