Flash Video Developer

I am looking for a developer who is excellent with Flash video and who has excellent design skills. We are looking to create a video landing page of all our video content and need someone who can create a compelling, multimedia experience for our customers.  I'm looking for someone who has the chops and know-how to create an amazing video experience and would fight to have the right person even if they are a little bit more.
