Required Skills:
Minimum 3 years Oracle Application Express developmnet.  Experience in converting MS Access application to Oracle Application Express/Oracle Database.  Strong PL/SQL working knowledge-Minimum 4 years.  Oracle BI Publisher-minimum 1 year. Knowledge of Java Script.  Exposure to HTML development. Relational Database schema design-minimum 4 years.
Desired skills:
Manipulation of MS Access and MS Excel.  Report cevelopment using Oracle Discoverer.  Report development using Oracle Applicaiton Express.  Oracle Applications IIi experience in the following modules: AP Budgeting, Grants/Project Accounting, Purchasing
