Requires 5 years of software project development experience utilizing formalized development process techniques for military, scientific or medical applications; hands-on experience with C# and expert ability with C, C++, and commercial embedded system development tools and RTOS; multi-threaded application experience in a real-time environment and BS, MS or Ph.D in Computer Science or similar.
