Sr Account Mgr Location US- MD, Bethesda Req # 7056 Functional Area Sales Preferred Experience Mid-Career Level Preferred Education Bachelors Degree Position Summary Enterprise account/relationship manager responsible for relationship and strategies for existing and future business within named Federal Systems Integrators (SI) accounts. Quota and strategic based position with individual responsibility to grow IT both in support of Federal customers as well as for internal use. Responsible for leadership of projects and programs to develop win themes, CITRIX offerings and appropriate pricing and execution models to win deals. Responsible for immense SI account knowledge and Division relationships at procurement, technical, strategic executives- i.e., CIO/ CTO/ and BD, capture, account and executive levels. Responsible for all aspects of account ownership, growth and goals set forth per account in the CITRIX portfolio. Responsible for early identification of new, complex program opportunities and orchestration of appropriate team and support requirements needed for pursuit. Ability to manage capture activity on an as needed basis. Knowledge of Federal agency initiatives and programs will be required to support this aspect of account support. Identify, team, manage and track major named CITRIX (BD) program opportunities and position CITRIX to the maximum extent possible with Fed SI partner. Knowledgeable of all CITRIX Value solutions (product and service) offerings and be able to articulate and position into revenue opportunities at SI and within CITRIX. Responsible for forecasting and tracking program and opportunity funnels for each assigned Federal SI account. Knowledge of CITRIX partner programs and buying agreement options for both infrastructure and resale motions for each account will be needed to successfully implement CITRIX buying strategies. Knowledge of value pricing models and strategies will be required. Develop communication plan outlining SI capabilities, market differentiators and opportunities within CITRIX Federal- BD, services, sales-pricing Ability to work with multiple layers of support teams and manage/lead projects/opportunities in multi-faceted environment will be required. Manage effort to ensure technical readiness within strategic areas of SI Provides timely and accurate business plans, program and opportunity forecasts.Qualifications and Requirements Self motivated, results oriented team player Preferred Bachelors (graduate) degree in business or technical field of study 7+ years selling complex IT products and services (solutions) into the Federal Government or a Federal Govt Federal Systems Integrator Resilience, results orientation, and executive relationship building skills Ability to interface with all levels of customer organization Strong quota based sales background required Ability to work both strategically and tactically in an effort to achieve short and long term goals Project and Program management Business Plan Management Teaming and negotiation skills Selling of complex products and solutions Good team working and leadership skills Creative ability Consulting skills Leadership qualities, credibility Self-confidence Acuteness Intellectually flexible
