Title: SENIOR INTEGRATION ARCHITECT Location: NJ-Princeton Enterprise integration architect role. Acts as the integration architect partnering with project teams to develop new integration solutions and help in reuse of existing integrations. Responsible for developing the integration strategy for BMS and defining the technical guidelines for designing and developing integration services at BMS. Works closely with developers and other stakeholders across BMS organizations to provide an architectural framework for system development and sharing best practices. Establishes, maintains and runs an integration governance framework. Drives the design of reusable, decoupled integration services to meet BMS integration needs and to advance Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) at BMS. Works closely with data and SOA architects to provide key input into the BMS Enterprise IT architecture and deliver SOA solutions Working with other Architects contributes in defining and developing the wider Enterprise Architecture framework in BMS Develops strong working relationships with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Position Requirements: Strong understanding of Application to Application and Business to Business integration strategies and of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) tools. Very good knowledge of webMethods 7.1 and SAP PI, knowledge of GXS Enterprise Gateway is a plus . Strong skills in object oriented design and development, design patterns, and frameworks with 10 or more years of experience. Significant application architecture skills and experience including service development, component development, and modeling. Good knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture is required and data architecture knowledge is a plus. Good knowledge of web services and hands on experience with XML. Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture Frameworks like TOGAF or the Zachman Framework. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated capability to influence senior management. Good understanding of business processes. Strong analytical skills for effective problem solving. Excellent collaboration, facilitation and project management skills. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus. BS degree in scientific discipline, computer science, engineering or related field, higher degree preferred.
