Principle Biostatistician

Title: Principle Biostatistician Location: NJ-Princeton Work w pharma scientists in design of stability studies, method validation experiments,defining design spaces & analyses of process analytic data. Train scientists in use of software to analyze & visuallize experimental data.Collaborate w pharma scientists in design & analysis of stability stsudies, validation of new assays, determining mfg design spaces, and analysis of data generated by processanalytic technologies. Design experiments, prepare reports, clearly communicatethe results to stakeholders in non tech language. Develop visualization techniques that can be used by scientists to interpret experimental & process analytic data. Train scientists in data analysis & visualization. Keep abreast of tech regulatory developments. Assist in responses to FDA & foreign health authorities. PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics or related field minimum 2 years experienice or MS 4 years experience. Expert knowledge of DoE,multivariate statistics, general linear models & mixed models essential. Excellent written oral communication skills. Proficient with SAS,S Plus and or JMP. Familiarity w relational data bases, MS Excel & Visual Basic. Experience designing supporting stability studies, quality by design, process analytic technologies determining design space highly desired. Understanding of regulatory stability guidelines, good manufacturing practices regulations and ICH guidance
