Title: Web Experience Analyst

Education and/or Certifications
B.A./B.S. in graphic design, electronic/interactive design, multimedia, computer science or related field is recommended

Experience/Qualifications
Strong knowledge of web design and standards
Advanced experience in creating low and high fidelity mockups and flows
Solid background and knowledge of Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and/or Fireworks) for producing mockups and graphics for the Web
Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to hand-code, is a plus

Responsibilities:
Define and advocate user-focused design
Analyze website design, usability and organization using web analytics and other tools
Recommend website changes to improve customer experience and business results
Lead collaboration and design sessions with other Web Analysts and business
Design concepts and templates
Research emerging web development practices and technology

Creative skills:
Must possess strong design skills including screen layouts, information design, and typography.
Must have understanding of user-centered design principles and a great eye for detail.
Able to develop innovative approaches to complex design problems and can convey ideas into tangible form.

Communication skills:
Candidates must able to collaborate effectively with others in a cross-functional team, and be able to rationalize and present design ideas and decisions effectively.
Must be able to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
