This position requires travel between several different locations in the Chester County area.
1.Represent the Credit Union in a courteous and professional manner. 2.Receive share deposits and loan payments. 3.Process cash advances, travelers’ checks, cashiers’ checks, money orders, bank-to-bank wires, and West Union wires. 4.Disburse cash or check share withdrawals. 5.Process transfers. 6.Verify transactions. Monitor deposit amounts and examine documents for endorsement and negotiability. Detect and resolve discrepancies promptly. 7.Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance conditions. 8.Present and explain Credit Union and CUSO products and services to members and assist in meeting their financial needs. Open and close accounts. Order checks for members’ accounts. Complete payroll deduction and authorization forms. 9.Answer questions and solve problems for members by listening, collecting data, finding solutions, and reporting results to the member. 10.Resolve member bookkeeping and checking account problems. Take stop payment orders. 11.Consistently and proactively cross-sell FMFCU and CUSO products based upon member needs 12.Demonstrate the Welcome Home spirit 13.Keep Branch Manager and/or Head Teller informed of any problems or concerns. 14.Complete required reports and records in an accurate and timely manner. 15.Ensure that work area is clean, secure and well maintained. 16.Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education High School graduate or equivalent. Business courses or Associate’s Degree preferred.
