This position requires travel to several locations in Delaware and Chester Counties.
1.Service members, ensuring full compliance with operating procedures and regulatory laws. Open and set-up checking, savings, money market and certificates. Assist member in completing application while actively cross-selling all Credit Union and CUSO products and services. Close accounts as requested by member. 2.Set up and process loans. Explain type of loan, rates and payment process. Request pertinent paperwork such as: pay stub copies, insurance forms, dealer invoice, etc., depending on type of loan. Contact member to close the loan or counsel on changes to make in order to gain approval. Interface with Loan Officers. 3.Process and maintain payroll direct deposits and deductions for member company institutions. Ensure ending balance matches with printout and checks and forward to the Accounting Department. 4.Execute other services at members’ request, such as domestic and international wires, foreign money exchange, IRA transfers, etc. 5.Perform Teller function where required. 6.Assist in other areas of the branch as requested.
