Business Analyst -ETL-Credit Crad

One of SGAs major financial clients is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for a long-term consulting role in Wilmington, DE.  This resource will be w orking with various Business groups/users to understand the Business Requirements for the project , w orking closely with business users to understand the current state and Client state business processe s, w orking with different IT & Business groups to understand and determine the Impacts to the Data Warehouse and/or Data Marts for different project s, c reating the Functional Requirement Specification/FRS for the Data Warehouse and/or Data Mart for the project , p roviding input to the Data Architect to help create/update Logical/Physical Data Models for the Data Warehouse and/or Data Marts , w orking closely with the Development team to validate that the Technical design meets the business requirements , r eviewing Test Plans/Scripts to ensure adequate coverage for the proposed design   Required Skills: Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience required Minimum 4 years of Data Warehousing experience required. Minimum 4 years of experience in working on ETL applications/Data Marts & Data Warehouse required Minimum 4 years experience required working on MS Office products - MS Word, MS Excel & MS Visio Credit Card Industry experience preferred Experience migrating large RDBMS Data Warehouse Solutions (e.g. IBM, Teradata, Oracle) for Customer Relationship Management modules a Plus Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (BO, MicroStrategy, Cognos) a Plus Needs to be a BA with data warehouse experience 4-5 years experience credit card industry- a plus, not required understand what a dimensional model is sql skills required functional documentation experience required Interviews - Monday 10/19 ONLY - if they cannot that day, do not submit them.
