Joint Training System Specialist- 1250 Work Location: Washington, D.C. Job Code: 1250 # of openings: 1 Salary Range (Annual): Description Requirements: Education and Experience – Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or Graduation from a military command and staff college plus 10 years of task related experience (5 of which earned as O-4 or above) OR a combination of 15 years of military operational experience military operational experience (5 of which earned as O-5 or above). Operational experience includes planning and executing combined and joint operations at the theater or component level, experience with the Joint Training System, knowledge of combat arms, all source intelligence analysis, logistics, civil-military operations, and site’s area of responsibility or functional area and task related experience. Prefer candidate with extensive joint and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) experience. Top Secret/SCI clearance required. Duties: Provide on-site Joint Training System Specialist support to DISA to manage and implement the Joint Training System (JTS). On-site personnel provide detailed support on the policy, plans, procedures, actions, and milestones necessary for efficient conduct of joint training in accordance with reference documents.
