Program/Business Development Specialist Location Annapolis Junction, MD Job Type Intelligence Status Open The qualified candidate will be responsible for program and business development principally for CTCs Fort Meade market segment. Activities include strategic planning, business capture, proposal leadership, competitive analysis, client relationship development and other duties resulting in capture of new funded awards/programs under existing major base contracts and creating new contract capacity where required. Qualified applicants will possess knowledge of government contracting procedures, customer relationship development skills, written (proposals) and technical speaking skills, and demonstrate experience in capturing multi-million dollar programs. The successful individual will lead business development activities including capture management and sales and revenue projections and strategies . The ideal candidate will also be able to establish strategic alliances, support operations staff, and translate marketplace requirements into successful CTC product and service offerings. This position requires a Bachelors degree, plus 10 years of experience, or Masters degree, plus 8 years of experience, or a PhD, plus 6 years of directly related experience and a TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.
