Home Health Staffing/Marketing Rep Location: MD-Baltimore Job Code: 710 # of openings: 1 Description Home Health Staffing - Marketing / Sales Representative * * * * * We are looking for a "go-getter" who has a solid background in medical marketing in physician offices, hospitals, assisted and independent living communities, someone who is able to create and consistently follow-up on leads and our current clients. * Must be able to build referral network, manage vendor relationships, & network for business opportunities. * Must be willing to follow ethical practices in home health care marketing to the highest standards, comfortable with public speaking, attending networking events and "selling" our services to clients to include physicians, case managers, and facility administrators. * Must be able to maintain/track a database of contacts/referrals, be computer proficient, be reliable and efficient in managing time and maintaining composure and professional attitude and appearance at all times. * Must strive to meet referral quota for monthly target. This position is for someone who is able to work independently and think creatively to produce marketing ideas that get results.Bachelors Degree preferred, however, will substitute experience for education. Salary is commensurate with experience. Will also be responsible for organizing, updating, and filing clinical documentation. Makes patient home visits as needed. * * * *
