Senior Director/VP - Staffing

World class manufacturing company in Eastern PA has an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Staffing/Talent Acquisition pro to lead its world wide staffing function.

The ideal candidate has:
•  20+ solid years of business experience. Will actually personally recruit high level executives.  Experience MUST include: senior level recruiting and liaising with other recruiters.  Should also have operations and/or sales experience. This is NOT an HR Generalist position.
•  Worked with a WORLD CLASS company(s)
•  A BS with a HIGH GPA from a PREMIER school; MBA preferred
•  A VERY STABLE employment history with progressive career growth
•  Ability to function strategically while juggling hands-on, day to day priorities
•  Ability to regularly interact with senior management
•  Demonstrated ability to cultivate effective, long term relationships with hiring managers, schools, agencies and others
•  Ability to function in fast growing, dynamic, challenging privately held company environment

NOTES:  Relocation assistance available.  There is a good bonus plan.  No Generalist backgrounds and client will insist on line/operations and sales expereince.
