One of SGAs major financial clients is looking for a Process Engineer for a long-termcontract positionin Wilmington, DE. This personismust haves trong analytical and logical thinking - Out of the Box , p roven creative process problem solver , the a bility to represent concepts and process discussions with diagrams at various levels of detail , the a bility to champion change and influence people to adopt new ways of performing work , s trong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills interfacing with management , be a q uick learner of unfamiliar subject matter , w orks well in iterative processes (going back and forth thru many versions) . Candidate should have i ntermediate skills in MS Visio and MS Excel and a g eneral Technical understanding of systems architecture and underlying processes and data flows . Required Experience: * * 5 years practical Process Improvement business experience leading significant process engineering / redesign initiatives * Experience with process analysis, design and management of products, services and activities including financial, customer and operational performance measurement * Strong background with Top Down process engineering methodologies Managers Area in Organization: - marketing services - building marketing offers / campaigns - lots of manual processes and manual systems Required skills / experiences: - - ba/bsa type of role with business side interaction - flows are not linear, but very complex in nature - graph concepts of data flows thru various business systems - pull info off technical and functional specs - more technically oriented - mechanisms and data flow experience - comfortable with system terminology - How can info be represented to get concepts across to business - concept diagram, data diagram - strong comm skills with business users - need to be able to explain processes to people in business friendly terms - excel doc with queries (major plus) - visio skills (required) - not committed to use cases, but that experience would be beneficial
