Process Engineer

One of SGAs major financial clients is looking for a Process Engineer for a long-term consulting role in Wilmington, DE. This person should have s trong analytical and logical thinking - Out of the Box , p roven creative process problem solver , the a bility to represent concepts and process discussions with diagrams at various levels of detail , the a bility to champion change and influence people to adopt new ways of performing work , s trong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills interfacing with management , be a q uick learner of unfamiliar subject matter , w orks well in iterative processes (going back and forth thru many versions) . Should have i ntermediate skills in MS Visio and MS Excel and a g eneral Technical understanding of systems architecture and underlying processes and data flows . Experience Required: * Bachelors degree in one of the following - Business Process Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Production and Operations Management, Business Systems Analysis * 5 years practical Process Improvement business experience leading significant process engineering / redesign initiatives * Experience with process analysis, design and management of products, services and activities including financial, customer and operational performance measurement * Strong background with Top Down process engineering methodologies
