Responsible for providing direction to the front line associates interacting with the problem customers. Providing coaching and direction that supports the Collection Department in meeting the company, team and individual goals. Responsibilities: * Develop, train and motivate associates to achieve company, team and individual goals. * Providing associates timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing associates to their fullest potential to enhance career growth; recognizing and rewarding associates for accomplishments. * Building and maintaining working relationships with individuals at Canon USA, CBS, Dealers, Customers and within CFS. * Plans, organizes and executes projects in a timely manner * Action oriented and adaptable to changing conditions within CFS. * Makes sound, factual based timely decisions. * Ensures that activities and behaviors of staff are consistent with company policies and values Qualifications: * Education Required: Requires a bachelors degree * Minimum of 10 years Collections experience with a minimum of 5 years in management * InfoLease experience a plus / Thorough understanding of Customer Relations Management Apply for this job: * Apply for this job online * Refer a friend to this job
