Lead Line Cook - Grand CafePosted: November 4, 2009
Title: Lead Line Cook - Grand Cafe Location: DC-Washington This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling. This person may be required to give direction in the supervisor's absence. * Minimum 3 years culinary experience required, preferably in hotel * Progressive work history * Successful completion of culinary test required * Ability to start as early as 4am, and be able to work any day of the week as needed including weekends
