Primary Responsibilities: * Visiting patients in their homes, hospitals or other facilities * Assisting patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), exercise, eating and other personal tasks * Taking vital signs * Changing simple dressings * Helping the patient with medications * Performing light housekeeping and preparing meals * Changing bed linens * Reporting changes in patient's condition by contacting the RN * Submitting visit notes Here, you will discover a culture that grows through challenge.
