Sr Java Developer

Our client is expanding it's applications development group and is looking for a Sr Java Developer.

Will be responsible for systems design, analysis, programming and documentation of business requirements utilizing standard methodologies and tools. Will also lead application development projects by directing the activities of up to 4 developers to include scheduling of the assignments and the execution of tasks and ensuring delivery. Will support all application architecture, design, documentation and testing standards including those of packaged software.

Qualified candidate will possess a minimun of 5 years experience in JAVA, XML and 3 years in a Weblogic App Server, Spring Framework, Hibernate environment as well as the ability to work complex programs and systems with strong analytical and verbals skills.
