Hospitality Associate Req Number: 3418 Department: Food/Nutrition Schedule: Full-time Shift: Rotating shifts Hours: 4-8p; 11:30a-8p; 7a-3:30p; weekends Job Details:  Position Summary: responsible for Patient Meal (Dining 4 Kids) service including serving, delivery and retrieval of food items to the unit floors. Responsible for floor food service needs including unit floor stock and nourishment, delivery of formula and special items to patients and special request. Education & Training Required: HS Diploma. Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of related healthcare food service experience with emphasis in patient feeding. Special Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to translate written instructions into accurate patient meals. Knowledge of general nutrition and ability to interpret special dietary needs into food items per reference manual. Ability to accurately measure portions of special products. Ability to perform basic information Technology data entry and print functions.
