Hours are Monday thru Friday 10:30 am ?? 7:30 pm. Primary Responsibilities: • a Receives cash checks and credit card payments from customers; records amount received • a Close or final all repair orders for which funds have been received in computer system • a Use various dealership software programs for input and retrieval of information, such as determining the status of customers vehicles • a Answer telephones, working the switchboard and serve as backup to the receptionist as needed • a Keep filing current and organized. • a Proof documents for completeness and accuracy Required Experience: • a 1-2 years previous cashier experience in a dealership preferred but not required • a Good communication skills both written and verbal • a Professional appearance and work ethic • a Superior customer service skills • a Strong mathematical ability Required Education: • a High school diploma or the equivalent MileOne is an equal opportunity employer and we maintain a drug free work environment.
