MAJOR DUTIES: (May perform any or all of the following duties.) - Receive payments, disconnect information and converters from subscribers at office location. - Sell new products to customers. - Enter data of transactions on CRT or other record keeping system and file work orders following processing. - Balance cash receipts daily. - Process customer change of address and other transactions. - Provide general information to subscribers concerning cable services, rates and policies. - Perform miscellaneous duties, such as opening incoming mail, ordering supplies, etc., as required. - Perform other related duties as assigned. - Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

EDUCATION: - High School diploma or GED.
EXPERIENCE: - Must have at least 1 year of demonstrated cash handling, computer, and customer service experience. - Ability to work overtime, as needed.
