JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Complete all AC OD Excel based Load Forms/Load Direction per the contract terms utilizing the Cars/Interact Load Matrix
2. Enhance the contract load matrix for Products and Product Rollup Structure. Requries partnering with ACCO and OpCo Liaison
3. Price Increase or other notification- formatting excel file and email distribution to Customers
4. Support RFI/RFPs process, including questionnaire, sales data formatting, etc. Requires interaction with Financial reporting, OpCo CADs, internal departments, etc.
5. Ad Hoc reporting (Excel, Access, Power Point): a. Out of Cars/Interact b. Requests from the field and management c. Activities related to CSC Project (validations, price eligibility, etc)
6. Document Management Process – preparing document and completing required fields in CRS, SWENLOC, TRIM
7. Excellent communication skills
