JOB DESCRIPTION

User Experience Designer driving the UI storyboarding, and development, on current and future web application projects. Candidate must have experience working with both Business Analysts and Engineers, specifying UX that balances usability with development complexity.  Candidate should have strong knowledge of the user-centered design process, including usability, wire-framing development and creation of user flows.  Considerable experience designing user interface for enterprise-wide applications andor complex data models.


Education:
Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university in related field or equivalent experience.  HCI related program a plus

Experience:
5-7 years in web design or equivalent technical position; or equivalent combination of education and experience
