Accounts Receivable Associate

Title: Accounts Receivable Associate Location: New Jersey-Franklin Lakes Responsible for the application of cash receipts to customer accounts within established month-end deadlines. Research and resolve unidentified payments and/or deductions through verbal and written customer communication. To understand and have a basic knowledge of automated system processing and to resolve unprocessed items. To understand and have a thorough knowledge of department policies and procedures as they pertain to the job function. Responsible for developing and implementing efficiencies within the department that will add value to our process. Accountable for the achievement of key department goals and handle any special projects or assignments as determined by the Team Leader. Required: 1-3 years Accounts Receivable or Finance related High School diploma or equivalent Preferred: 3-5 year Accounts Receivable or Finance related BS Degree
