Job Description

Medcos Specialty Pharmacy division, Accredo, has an opening for a Proposal Writer who will specialize in creating strategic proposal responses specific to Medcos and Accredos Specialty Pharmacy offerings. This opportunity offers a perfect platform for learning about the dynamic specialty pharmacy and prescription drug management industries and making a direct contribution to the organization.

Responsibilities:

? The Specialty Pharmacy Proposal Writer writes, edits and researches strategic proposal responses for Medco and Accredos specialty pharmacy products (including products and services associated with Accredos subsidiaries). ? The Specialty Pharmacy Proposal Writer manages the development of specialty pharmacy proposals, ensuring responses are organized, persuasive, and compliant with internal corporate styles. ? The Specialty Pharmacy Proposal Writer supports the creation of a database of strategic RFP responses for Medco / Accredo proposals that describe our specialty pharmacy offering / capabilities Qualifications:  Qualifications: ? Over 3 years business experience required, proposal related and/or healthcare related industry experience a plus ? Superior written and verbal communication skills ? Strong multi-tasking skills ? Strong project management skills ? Enjoys working and learning in a fast-paced environment ? Ability to work in a virtual environment with subject matter experts located in field offices ? Skilled in supporting a project under defined deadlines ? Ability to work cross-functionally and interface with all levels of the organization ? Proven ability to work in a team environment ? Strong organizational and facilitation skills ? BA or advanced degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field ? Computer literate, skilled in Word and Excel a must

Travel: Limited travel (maximum quarterly)
