O ne of SGAs major financial clients is looking for a Java/Oracle Developer for a right-to-hire position in Wilmington, DE. This resource will w ork with established technical specifications to develop and deliver defined functionality under the supervision of an application Technical Lead. Read and understand business requirements, write functional requirements, develop detailed technical designs, and build / unit / system test application code. Support the changes/applications post implementation by debugging, fixing, and participating in maintenance releases as prescribed by management. The candidate should be able to interact effectively with project managers, developers, tech leads, technical operations, etc. The ideal candidate will possess: * Strong work experience in developing web based application using JSP, Javascript using Oracle database as the Backend *Good work experience in developing PLSQL Blocks *Experience in working with Unix Shell Scripts. * Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and work ethic * Exceptional technical skills. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as of a team. * Strong desire to learn new technologies and applications along with the ability to adapt to very challenging environments.
