Keystone Computer Associates is looking for a software developer that is skilled in building and tuning systems with stringent performance characteristics.  The ideal candidate has a strong interest in networks and network security.  If you want to work in a fast paced environment, building best in class network infrastructure protection and visibility products, then this is for you!!!

The team consists of smart, dedicated engineers who love to program and solve some of the toughest problems in network security and visibility.

Responsibilities:

Qualified candidates will work in an engineering team to design, develop and test scalable network security products. Candidates will work closely with architects to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development. You must excel in team environments and be extremely prolific, i.e. one who regularly produces high quality solutions in less time than his or her colleagues.

Required Skillset:
Proficient developing in C or Python - Experience developing in Unix or Linux
Proven history of building high performance systems
Ability to develop solutions when the problem is not well defined
A driving sense of craftsmanship, quality and ownership
Ability to work independently when required with minimum supervision and to take on additional tasks as assigned
Ability to work in small teams to solve complex problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skillset:
Experience developing in a large source code base
Experience with network programming on Linux / Unix
Ability to develop software solutions where the problem is not well defined

Education:
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in computer science/engineering (or equivalent work experience)
