Maintenance Supervisor

Position Description
Responsible for supervising electro/mechanical staff to achieve an efficient engineering team assuring effective PM program for the plant while keeping downtime to a minimum.  Responsible for maintaining consistent plant production and mechanical operations.
Position Requirements
Qualified candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years maintenance management, engineering or production management experience.  Strong organizational skills and communication abilities.  Must be able to establish and maintain good working relationships with production, logistics, accounting, external contractors, suppliers inspectors and customers.  Must be able to work a flexible schedule and take off-hour calls and rotate on call accountability with facility managers as needed.  Knowledge of CMMS (MaintSmart) to issue work orders, PMs and inventory items.  Strong trouble shooting skills using electrical schematics and test instruments.  Demonstrate leadership, training capabilities and the ability to work under minimum supervision.  Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
